The Assurant Health CoreMed Plan allows you to control your premiums without giving up benefits and you can still choose to add optional features such as office visit copays for more protection and convenience. The CoreMed Plan also offers a buy up to $6 million in lifetime benefits.

Assurant Health RightStart Plan is fit for those just starting off. The Assurant RightStart Plan offers limited benefits however offers peace of that one has health insurance at the right price. This plan offers the essential benefits for as little as half the price of other popular plans. The Assurant Health RightStart Plan is ideal if you are without health insurance or are thinking about dropping your current coverage due to cost. The Right Start Plan provides access to doctors and hospitals as well as significant discounts on covered medical services.

Assurant Health One Deductible HSA offers extensive coverage providing simplicity and the convenience of a single common deductible for all members of the family. The Assurant Health One Deductible HSA provides the security of a $3 million dollar life time benefit with the option of an $8 million dollar buy up if you need more protection. The Assurant Health OneDeductible Plan additionally offers a first dollar preventive service benefit of $250 per person before your deductible is met after you have been insured for 12 months. Prior to the 12 months members are subject to the deductible and coinsurance with a maximum preventive service benefit of $500.

Optional Assurant Health Maternity Benefit
This Assurant Health Maternity Benefit offers 100% of covered services after you meet your maternity deductible for any pregnancy that begins after the nine month Assurant benefit waiting period. These maternity deductibles are $1000, $2,500, $5,000 and 10,000.
